Conducting Training on Quality Improvement
Based on the training platform of the “famous craftsman workshop,” we organize training
sessions on project delivery management and quality improvement and special projects to
improve the quality awareness of all employees and the management competence. At least one
supplier conference or technology exchange meeting is held every year, covering management
requirements, quality control, announcements of rewards and punishments, anti-corruption, and

Strengthening Digital Management
We use the Modou software in the whole process of project quality and safety management. It
solidifies the process to implement standards and realizes online closed-loop collaboration. It also
enables automatic form filling to improve the paperwork efficiency and supports daily management
with data, thus improving the efficiency of construction and guaranteeing the project quality.

Controlling Material Quality
Material and equipment brands under assigned sourcing are included in bidding documents. We
sign supply contracts with brands and go through on-site acceptance inspection procedures in
strict accordance with corporate policies. During the construction, a third party is entrusted to
conduct random sampling for inspections. If a supplier is found to cut corners or have changed the
brand or product without approval, it will be stopped and blacklisted. Since 2016, we have
launched the Eagle Eye Action targeting suppliers by inspecting projects under construction
across the country randomly. The results of inspections are reflected in our supplier management.
We will issue warnings, suspend cooperation, downgrade the supplier, terminate contracts,
